Upon initial Account Termination notice, all customer and reseller accounts under a Partner will be suspended. The Partner will have 5 working days to reconcile the account or the account will be terminated. Upon termination, any customers or resellers under the Partner will be moved to another partner within our system, or to LogicCloud IT directly, and any remaining balances will be sent to collections.

LogicCloud IT is not responsible for downtime, data loss, loss of business or any other consequence to the partner or its clients and resellers as a result of the Partners account termination, for any reason.
